Confirm it's you
Run this command with your own AWS credentials for the production account, in a terminal or in AWS CloudShell. It creates an empty file that only you are allowed to create.
Your credentials must be for the production account , not dev. Check first with aws sts get-caller-identity: the Account it prints must be . If you use named profiles, add --profile <your-prod-profile> to the command. Credentials from any other account get AccessDenied.
No access keys? Use the S3 console instead
Open the upload page, upload any small file, and rename it to exactly before uploading.
